PTC location is currently having their soft opening and is doing free drinks! We had to try their Soup Dumplings (6) - they were probably our favorite, full of flavor and loved the soup flavor inside, although we order crab meat and got pork. I would not recommend the orange chicken, flavor was a bit off for me. I enjoyed the BBQ Pork Buns, but the bun to filling ratio was off - more bun than filling. I can see why people rave about their dumplings though - would only go back for the dumplings and drinks! Everything was reasonably priced.
