I was given 3 extra donuts, which was super kind and nice but did not know why. Then it hit me. Last time I ordered from Dunkin' (about 3 weeks ago) they were out of donuts, and sent a note with my coffee. So, I believe that is why. Excellent way to treat customers!! Thank you!!

A large frozen mocha, by default, should have 4 mocha swirl in it. This Dunkin store in particular makes the frozen mocha with way too much mocha. I actually have been requesting only 3 mocha swirl, and it is still over the top with too much chocolate. Please, when a customer requests 3 mocha swirl, only put 3 mocha swirl in.

Only received  5 pieces of hash browns for the money should have got 10 pieces 
Bacon was good egg and bagle could have been better ,  doughnuts  are great

This Dunkin is usually busy during the peak hours, and the staff is always awesome. They work hard to keep up, and I always appreciate them. Today I didn't have time to drive thru, so ordered a Dasher. My order arived in a timely manner, the food was still warm, and everything was great. Thank you!

only thing that would have made it better would be to be able to add cream into the refresher - otherwise it was phenomenal! bagel bites were not what i expected, but they were good & i would order all of it again.
