The espresso tasted really bitter and burnt. Made the whole drink taste bad. They also stopped sending straws with the drinks which is really annoying, considering the lid they provide.

HORRIBLE! My order is almost always great, but today, both of my drinks were so badly made, they were undrinkable. They didn't use coffee milk for my dunkalattes and one of the drinks, the espresso was so bitter and they didn't put all the flavor in. They shouldn't be letting drinks leave their establishment so wrongly-made.

I received drinks that were not full. I ordered a large and they were a third missing and I ordered ice. There was no ice for either drink. None of the donut flavors were correct.
