I love my ludlow Dunkin but unfortunately today I got a muffin that was not fully cooked inside it was all mushy and gooey.

Besides the fact they didn't put the cap on my iced coffee correctly and a bit of it spilled into the bag of my donuts that also aren't the correct donuts it's a good cup of Joe. I asked for no egg but they gave me egg on my sandwich, not too big of a problem just wasteful.

I'm sorry but it needs to be said outright that some of the workers at this location have no attention span at all.  It's too hard to cook bread apparently, because my Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich arrived with 1/3 of the bottom bread not just charred but turned into pure black carbon, and the rest of the slice so hard it was breaking like hard tack.  If you can't toast bread, you can't work with food, this shouldn't have even gone into the box and sent out.  On top of this, they also decided that the best way to package this for delivery was to literally press the sandwich up against the Iced Cappuccino in the bag.
