Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich seems to be always good. Blueberry muffin was delicious. Coffee very good

I used to love this place, but it's not all that anymore. I used to get from this place because it was cheaper and tasted better than starbucks. Just go to starbucks, the prices are pretty much the same. The coffee wasn't even full and tasted like something I made at home. The donuts were gross, I picked the ones I wanted, not for them to surprise me. They gave me 2 out of 6 of the donuts I picked. I got  Bacon & Cheddar Omelet Bites, Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis, and Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon. The eggs were good, still warm. The bagel minis were okay, but in my opinion they were too cold. The bacon was okay, not the best. I really just wouldn't recommend getting from Dunkin' Donuts.

Pancake Wake-Up Wrap® - Bacon, Egg & Cheese  arrived hot but smelled like chemicals/lighter fuel and tasted burnt. i called and they just said they don't grill them,they are prepackaged, so I guess I'm just imagining it ...their heating mechanism must be defective then. They offered to exchange the items as I bought two. (here I go to take em back now).I ordered my drinks without modifying ..I recommend adding to their recipes as the iced Iced Chai Latte and Carmel Iced Macchiato were lacking flavor. Iced Chai Latte was like milk with a hint of chai flavor. The Hash Browns  browns were good had an Herbie taste, a plus! Dozen donuts were "surprise me" and came with a decent variety, plus they were tasty.

coffee was good, bagel minis were good. but my bacon, egg, and cheese was supposed to be on a plain bagel. it came on a croissant.

We ordered bagels and cream cheese, and there was almost no cream cheese. The cream cheese was spread on like butter, barely any (on one side only), and so thin you can see the toasted bagel through it. Ordered Iced Dunkalatte™  with little ice; it was over half full of ice, plus it was so super sweet that it burned the back of the throat and was undrinkable. There were other issues with the order. Honestly, it feels like whomever made the order was having a really bad day, is on the verge of quitting, or has some sort of personal vendetta against us. The quality was beyond subpar. I doesn't give customers a reason to want to order for them again.
