Bought two Iced Cappuccino drinks and there is  almost two inches of no coffee in both cups. I would like what I pay for especially with prices being so high

I have given them so many chances. my Chai Latte was like a cup of hot milk with no Chai because you can't tell them you want more. Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread got toasted dark and it's barely toasted.

The Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon i ordered came in a lovely burnt ball. So much so that it was a journey to even find a single piece that I wouldn't break my teeth on or taste the burnt flavor. The MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats I ordered were out and were substituted whichwas fine, but when you order a certain amount it would be nice to get that amount. Very disappointed.
