DD is one of my favorite places. The coffee is the best, the Muffins are great, and I'm despondent over the menu change that took away the sweet black pepper bacon. Once in a while, when I order MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats, some angel at the store hooks it up. I ordered 5, I got 25. Ahh...good stuff.

I never leave anything negative but I got the maple bacon sugar sandwich, which I always get when I stop over at a different location because it's my favorite.  This place didn't cook the bacon enough so I had to cook it more and they didn't give enough.  My croissant was hard and seemed stale. I spent almost $9 on my large macchiato adding coconut milk, etc. and got only 3/4 of the cup full so it was a size medium.  Needless to say I will not be ordering from here unless I pick it up myself from a trusted location.

I tried giving this Dunkin a shot, multiple times even, but every time I order from here there's either something missing from my order, something made incorrectly, or I'm given food that is cold as ice or solid as a hockey puck. Their coffee tastes awful if you get any of their special flavors, tastes like literal green bean water. The fact that they have the same prices as Starbucks but their quality is much worse is astounding to me - I would even go as far as saying they charge more than Starbucks does. It doesn't help that the employees at this Dunkin are very lazy; I caught one of them hanging out the drive thru window texting on her phone once. She also made my coffee incorrectly, shocker. Hopefully they look at these reviews and make some changes, maybe even fire a few people. Never ordering from here anytime soon.

I did receive my Chicken & Roasted Pepper Dunkin' Wrap  and the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich  was burnt. and the Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon was under cooked. I normally have no issues but when I am purchasing delivery and pay a higher price plus delivery tip it would be great to have my order corrected and right. Today I am disappointed in what I was given and didn't get. for some reason it wouldn't let me add the photos.
