I ordered two large iced teas that came in a sealed plastic bag that was soaked inside with 1/4 of a tea missing because one of the lids was not properly pressed down. I am confident this happened at Dunkin's because  I ordered  items from another store at the same time, same driver that would've been in worse condition than the teas had it been driver error.

Half of the drink is literally cold foam and there is no blueberry in it and they gave me barely any hash browns, queso and bacon in my loaded hash browns

Door dash has been quality great! But SOMEONE needs to learn the correct way to tape a door dash bag!!!!!

I ordered creamer & liquid sugar 4 & 4.. still extremely dark & bitter after mixing.  Why is every Dunkins so inconsistent...I get 4 & 4 on Elm & it's perfect...they were closed so had to order from 2nd St which used to be great & my coffee is extremely dark..seems more like 2 & 2.  Just gross!  my delivery guy John was great but Dunkins truly failed...do I have to order 8 & 8 at this location?!   Bring back the hazelnut swirl!
