This is the second time I've ordered double bacon and have only gotten two half pieces of bacon both times. totally ridiculous especially when I am paying $8 for the sandwich

Snacking bacon is burnt for 4 dollars, my Boston kreme donut is melted and was throw in the bag. Donut is fine only thing good is coffee.

I ordered 2 croissants not toasted with butter on them. I received 2 croissants with no butter on it or on the side but I was charged for the butter.

Huge thank you to whoever filled my order at the E.Main St location — You, my friend, are a legend. You actually included creamers with my order which, might seem like a small thing, but it really stood out to me. 
It shows you paid attention and cared about the little details. That’s great customer service, and it didn’t go unnoticed. You deserve a slow clap and maybe even a promotion (or at least a coffee on the house). Thank you for restoring my faith in fast food miracles!
