The coffee is the best in the area and the donuts  are is what they are famous for. the only problem is making sure you get what you order. the level of focus of the workers is quite low.

order was not completed Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. the bread was not toasted, no cheese or bacon and only 1 egg added. The Loaded Hash Browns had no bacon or cheese

Donuts were all thrown into a bag, squished and mostly stale. Bag was not sealed. Very poor quality.  Probably will not order again

I don't think that Dunkin is bad, but they did not follow any instructions of the order whatsoever today. I was missing a drink. Something was cooked incorrectly, my sandwich was requested with no egg and it came with egg. I was charged extra for the chipotle aïoli and it wasn't even included in my sandwich, it was extremely dry. My Dasher was amazing delivered quickly and efficiently with no problems. I think Dunkin just missed the mark on the specificities of the actual order. The only aspect about my order that was not incorrect and that I was able to enjoy was my doughnut. Thank you.

Yet again my order was wrong. I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese ,got it to the house; surprise, surprise...no sausage. I don't know if it's lack of staff, illiteracy, people just don't care or pure stupidity, but I got an egg with cheese on a non toasted English muffin( yuck). For a multi million dollar business, I just expect more for what I'm paying for. Don't worry Dunkin, I'll be going to Bagelman from now on. This is like the fifth or sixth time this has happened where I didn't say anything but my money will be going elsewhere from now on. Do better!!!!!
