4 stars because The Iced Cappuccino is always made wrong. There is confusion to the sweetened and unsweetened syrups. Everything else is always perfect. I do want to mention this only happens when using delivery platfoms. Never had an issue directly through Dunkins app.

Dashing drinks, there should be a seperate maybe clear bag. This is the the 3rd time. It seems because some drivers  tend not to know whats in the bag they don't always treat with care!  Theres a solution to every problem though

The cofee tasted like nothing of what I ordered it taste like pure cofee without the hazel nut with out the pumpkin swirl
