well I spent almost 15 dollars on two loaded hash browns with crumble bacon and I got cold hash browns with cheese thats it no bacon at all like come on I work at Dunkin and this is unacceptable

I ordered 2 dozen donuts a pack of munchkins, and a coolata. I paid for my entire order. I only received 7 donuts, and a coolata.There was nowhere to report the trouble. The dasher shrugged his shoulders. So, l   paid 75 bucks for 7 donuts and a coolata.

first the receipt was ripped up and then thrown into the bag. second they didn't have a Mango Pineapple Dunkin' Lemonade Refreshers  refresher so I went with a frozen pumpkin coffee.

These folks work extremely hard in a thankless job...plus it's a training store, so expect a bit of a wait.. and be nice. The whoopie pie specialty donut is delicious.
