I will no longer order coffees or drinks from Dunkin'- this was my third time in a row ordering large iced coffees and them coming half empty....  this is such a waste of money knowing I paid for larges and only get a beverage that's like a medium. Donuts are always good but that's it

Ordered a Cappuccino and hot chocolate and both of them were very watered down and no flavor at all.  I had $14 in drinks delivered for them to not taste good.

Why bother ordering a frosted sprinkle Classic Donuts with filling when the employees just chuck them in the bag. I know for a fact that DD has small boxes to carefully place frosted donuts. I'm not ordering from them again. Customer Service is poor, freshness is inconsistent, and the sandwiches taste aweful. Save your money and go to Ingles, Walmart, or Krispy Kreme
