the donuts have gotten so small since i had them last, definitely not worth the price. they made my coffee wrong which is not great but i can manage, but their coffee tastes burnt. the muffin tasted stale as well. wouldn't reorder.

Food and Iced Coffees/Lattes always made very well. However lately the packaging has been very poor. They no longer pack orders in nice large Dunkin bags that holds drink and food secure for delivery workers. The Iced Latte was placed in a little paper bag that was not secure for the driver which caused some to spill. They also staple the bags and when you rip it open there is a chance the staples fall into the food or donuts. I cut my finger on a staple since it was sticking out without me realizing. Would appreciate if delivery bags were packed with more care and more secure like they were in the past. It used to be perfect with the large secure delivery bag as well as the secure Sip Lid for iced lattes that had the secure tape over it so no spills. And no more staples.

Sandwich was good but they didn't have the donuts I wanted; was never offered an alternative or given a refund or contacted to see if I wanted a substitute

The harsh browns was over cook, the coffee was like water and milk and the latte was horrible
