For once my food was still warm both drinks were good!

I like the food. Love the coffee. They just need to get the order right. I order 2x sausage egg and cheese with extra sausage EVERY DAY. They leave out the extra sausage frequently. Sometimes I only get one sandwich. Today they forgot an orange juice.

Apparently the store was out of the Chicken & Roasted Pepper Dunkin' Wrap, they did not call to check if it can be replaced with something else. Also, the driver asked them to call me and see if I want something else instead and they told him to just take the coffee and leave! Very rude and unprofessional!

The coffee was so bitter that there was not I could do to make it even drinkable. I had to reo from another Dunkin. Once in a while this happens. I dont know if its the evd of the bag of iced coffee of a different blend they are sending but both my wife's and mine were gross
