My hot chocolate came with NO SEAL on top and when I opened the cup it was 3/4 filled. The sausage on the sandwich looked overcooked I threw everything in the garbage waste of money now I'm at work hungry.

This is the second order I've placed where hot drinks are delivered as iced drinks with the label and receipt saying HOT! I'm not sure how that can be fixed, but it makes me not want to waste my money order from this location. Other drinks, the requests are not being followed. If I paid for 4 pumps of caramel, why can I not even taste it?
