I've ordered from here a lot and they sometimes delay the order for so long and it's not until a dasher gets there and says something that they finish it. Today I ordered 10 assorted munchkins and they gave me 10 of all the same munchkin and they were extremely dry like they were leftover from yesterday. For the inflated price we pay to have them delivered, they should at least be fresh and what was ordered.

My iced matcha latte was supposed to have "less ice" and my cup is about half way full with ice, I payed too much for my drink to have this much ice in it.

Coolatta  was absolutely unacceptable. It was warm and all liquid.  Definately not the right consistency.  Bagel sandwhich was hard and cold. Total waste of my money
