The sandwiches were full of flavor. The size of the product was well worth the price. I love the Hot Chocolate,  it's yummy. The donut holes were SO fresh.

Service and product has been declining in the past month or so. Ranging from burnt, stale coffee, to stale bagels, with the accompaniment of poor, rude service. Culminating in the most recent order of today, resulting in the DoorDash driver being treated VERY rudely by Dunkin staff. I spend between $45 and $126 a WEEK at this store, and am now looking for an alternative. As a 50+ year customer of Dunkin, this is disappointing and a location with obvious staffing issues. Order at your own risk!

This shop HAD been doing very well with fresh-brewed decaf.  Being a frequent customer of 2-4 times per week, didn't appreciate getting 4 large cups of stale, burnt decaf on early Sunday afternoon, barely after lunch. Staff can't seem to be bothered to remember adding sugar, or stirring it after they do.

Received 11 donuts and donuts were dry and not fresh. What ever happened to a bakers dozen? Very disappointed. Second time I've ordered and missing item and food was not fresh.

don't put the pick up orders of coffee in a plastic to go bag.i want to drink the coffee on the way to work. not to have extra trash in my car.  make your   'special instruction' box, thats grayed out, available to type in this instruction.  or make a little, clickable button available for no plastic bag.  also, less Ice means not half way full of ice.  thanks!
