Both were very  good,  added carmel and hazelnut to Frozen Matcha Latte  and watermelon Dunkin' Refreshers

Their donuts are really awful. Their Hash Browns are very good and Frozen Matcha Latte is better than the hot. the hot one is weirdly bitter like the matcha was over extracted. dunno why they're a donut shop when their donuts are worse than walmart bakery and twice as expensive. Their other breakfast stuff is pretty decent.

I mean the donuts are good, but it's not what I ordered and I'm quite disappointed.

I think if a store is out of what you chose, communication should occur. I honestly would have cancelled the order if I knew.

Bagels were practically rock solid, ran out of hash browns, out of bacon, refreshers tasted a little watered down. Only rating 2 stars instead of 1 star because the substitute for my hash browns, was a sausage wrap which didn't taste too bad. If you want good Dunkin I suggest moving to the up to the northeast.

No jelly donuts. Vanilla crème donuts tasted old and nasty. Hot chocolate was watered down and not full what so ever.
