I am having a hard time making DoorDash understand that I want to update my Dunkin' Donuts review of my hot chocolate order this morning. I spoke with the manager Ramon and he made good on my delivery. He gave me options and I selected breakfast sandwiches and an energy drink they make. The bacon egg & the turkey sausage sand which was fantastic and the energy drink was refreshing. I'll definitely continue ordering from the Carrollton location on Hebron Parkway. Here's 10 Stars to a wonderful and understanding manager. Thank you

I order from this location multiple times but this time they got the first order wrong by adding cold foam and it was way too sweet and so I reordered, called the store and told the dasher to make sure they don't add cold foam, and now they added way more butter pecan sauce than normal and it's still to sweet. Absolutely insane. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a non toasted bagel with sesame seeds. I got a toasted bagel with no sesame seeds. Cappuccino was supposed to have an extra shot of espresso but it was weak with very little flavor. I usually get better service here than this.

I love the way it was packaged which made me feel safe. The hot chocolate was right on time and my cinnamon raisin bagel was perfect.?
