The Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was supposed to be toasted and wasn't, plus the bacon on it wasn't cooked well. I ordered two Egg and Cheese sandwiches and got one with two eggs on it and barely any cheese. I also had order a coffee with little sugar in it and there was way too much added so it was super sweet.
That's the third time in a row I've had an order messed up, usually it's nothing that matters much but this time almost the entire thing was messed up.

order wasn't ready when I arrived, I waited 15 minutes and the employees behind the pickup counter didn't even address me. they never even made my drink, and when they did, I had to tell the employee three times what I wanted in it.

This is the 3rd time ive order an Original Blend Iced Coffee from this place and each time it either had no cream or no sugar they never make it right. Never taste any good. It's like they put no effort into making the coffee. Hate this place never again will I order from this place again.

my Butter Pecan and Hazelnut coffee had no flavor put into it, so it was just cold coffee with milk.
