The doighnut I ordered was spot on, however my hashbrowns were cold upon delivery (probably due to the drive to and from). In addition, I ordered a toasted Bagel with butter and the Bagel arrived raw with butter. This particular time will not stop me from reordering from Dunkin, as this is the first time out of several times I have ordered from Dunkin's where I was slightly disappointed. I am certain this comment is better fit for DoorDash, but if it were possible to provide the drivers with insulated bags to keep products warm, this will probably help with delivering hot food and keeping the hot food hot.
