They ate down on my order. It tasted like heaven and the Hash Browns were even better. I got a Smokey Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich .... This nap is about to hit!

Ordered a L ice matcha, received it with the seal broken, under filled, and looking quite off from the usual. I have ordered this at other locations in person with no problems.

My matcha was not filled to top. The cup was like 2/3rds full. I got ripped off on my drink. Same with the Americano.  There was some spillage in bag and the lid for my matcha was not all the way on

Coffee wasbarely a little over halfway full and bagel had very little creamcheese on it. The loaded hashbrowns were very delicious.
