Whoever is filling the orders doesn't read the orders correctly.  For example, I ordered three vanilla creme donuts but got vanilla frosted instead and I hate vanilla frosted.  This has happened on numerous orders.

They don't fill orders correctly.  I choose the option to be contacted if the item I ordered is unavailable but no one calls me; they just substitute whatever they want.  They need to enable Comments section on DoorDash orders so people can fill in their preferences for a substitute if an item is unavailable.
