Everything was good but my coffee wasn't fully filled all the way. My large was more like a medium and my frosted coffee could have also been filled a bit more. My loaded Hash browns looked sad, didn't have a lot of cheese and also wasn't filled all the way.

The ordering process through doordash can be improved. I wanted a large Frozen Coffee  with caramel and vanilla, but in selecting those options it was only adding 1 shot of everything, so I ended up with a $5 large cup of blended ice with a hint of coffee and flavoring. can't really blame the workers for following instructions, though ideally that should have raised some flags and warranted an attempt at confirming what the customer wants.

I order from Dunkin' regularly, so I am 100% certain that they gave me old product. The chocolate glazed donut was so dry that it was splitting and crumbling into pieces and had an almost cardboard-like quality to it. Never had a donut like that in my life. Very disappointed.

They forgot the bag of coffee which was the reason I made the order. The Maple Bacon sandwich was burnt. Why is the grilled cheese only toasted in one side???
