Very disappointed. Ice coffee filled with so much ice there was no coffee. Very disappointed. They charge .75 if you request less ice.

Order every morning from this store as difficulty walking. This is not the first time this has happened but first review.  Already knew owner is cheap as if you request less ice, you are charged $.75 otherwise there is so much ice, it leaves you with two sips of coffee. This morning however, ordered 2 creams, the usual and there was at least four. I also ordered two espresso shots in my coffee and received zero. May as well thrown the money out the window. Given this isn't the first time, it is time to try another coffee shop. I understand sometimes things happen but they are busy, young and do not offer a refund, just an apology not very sincere.
