I ordered Dozen Donuts : the jelly donuts tasted old and dried out. 
They didn't send my favorites double chocolate or blueberry. 
The worst part, they didn't send an apology message for substitution or have  the delivery driver call to see what I would like; instead, I got an extra dried out jelly. Quality control is needed.
The Iced Latte was oh my good...get some.

Bacon was soft and cut into small pieces instead of crispy long slice like I expected. Small portion of hash rows that were undercooked and mushy. Very disappointed for the amount paid

My loaded hashbrowns were not loaded. No cheese a pinch of bacon. Completely dry. Supposed to been a 9pc hash brown it was only 5 inside.
