Each time I have visited this Dunkin the crew members have been friendly and helpful. They seem knowledgeable about the drinks and they've always been so kind.

I mostly order from this location because it is next door to my job. VERY rarely is my coffee fresh and not bitter. The have some improving to do. The DD I live near almost always has the freshest coffee of them all.

Donuts, Frozen Coffeee and bagels are awesome. The Hash Browns were a little freezer burn tasting. The Hash Brown Brisket Scramble was not good at all. The has browns used again tasted freezer burnt and the flavor of poblano peppers and brisket were not good together.

Donuts were good though I didn't receive the vanilla frosted ones that I asked for. But the reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the coffee cake muffin is hard as a rock. Very stale. it's always been my favorite item at DD and I'm really disappointed.

I ordered donuts on a Monday morning before 8 am, I get stale donuts, at least 1 day old, but more likely 2-3 days old.  I bought donuts before that were so fresh and wonderful.  Hit and miss.  Disappointed.
