everything was fantastic!!! my coffee was perfect, my niece LOVED the strawberry iced donut and my munchkins were soft and warm.

It took over 40 minutes to prepare 2 drinks for the dasher. The 2 drinks I ordered, plus an extra espresso shot, weren't even correct. I never get the espresso shot, and the other 2 drinks were only 3/4 of the way full. For almost $8 per large drink, I expect what I paid for, not a medium drink poured into a large cup.

My iced coffee was stirred, my espresso shot and sandwich were hot, and my door dasher was great also! This Dunkin’ is probably one of the only ones that stays consistent, when I do go to the location, everyone is always in a good mood and super kind!

I've received hash browns that were so burnt it could be mistaken for charcoal. And the large iced matcha I ordered was more along the lines of a small when I took out the excessive ice. For reference, I selected less ice when I ordered, but my entire large was packed from the bottom to the lid with ice when I received it.

This is my everyday order, the coffee I received was missing most of the mocha flavor and I believe all of the sugar. The order was a large ice coffee with 4 mocha 4 cream 2 sugar. I've order on DoorDash several times and have about a 60-70% chance of receiving a beverage that matches my everyday order.
