My order was incorrect with no way to tell until it got set up. I had ordered two Box O'Joe's. One was supposed to be Box O' Joe® Hot Chocolate and the other coffee. But turned out we got 2 coffee. But the store was great, people were friendly (just got the order wrong), they helped me to the car with the items.

latte had no syrup when i requested pumpkin and vanilla and it wasn't full like at least add a little ice to fill the huge space.
