The Hot Chocolate was delicious (I got peppermint mocha flavor and a shot of espresso). The Loaded Hash Browns were amazing too, I just wish there was more in there.

breakfast sandwich very dry and hard crust maybe brush some oil or butter on the bread, and glazed donuts absolutely not fresh today made or they're an old batch 
hashbrowns we're a little burnt tasting 
also when making breakfast sandwiches please change gloves...my sourdough bread shouldn't smell like coffee while I'm eating it especially if I didn't order a coffee.
disappointed I've had better from Dunkin .

my donut was drenched in what seemed to be old grease. i bit into it and got a mouth full of disgusting grease. it was so bad that i had to wipe my fingers off and the bag it came in was drenched as well.

Gave burnt Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon and not the correct portion looks old and not fresh. Missing items.Will not recommend for ordering for delivery

Sausage Egg and Cheese was delicious! Hash Browns were both burnt and soggy at the same time. How do you do that? Classic Donuts were stale and not tasty. I would not buy donuts from this donut shop again. Very disappointing.
