I'm pretty sure the toaster here is either broken or on a permanent vacation, because I asked for a *dark toasted* bagel and got something that felt like it had just come out of a yoga retreat—soft, doughy, and completely unbothered by heat.
As for the cream cheese… I didn’t know I ordered a bagel with my brick of dairy. Pretty sure they applied it with a snow shovel. One bite and I could *feel* my arteries scheduling an emergency meeting.
Service was friendly though, which is why I’m giving it a generous second star. But unless you’re in the market for a raw bagel and a heart attack, maybe keep walking.
