Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese and omelette bites. Bagel was burnt with only a tiny bit of cream cheese on one half of bagel & omelette bites were overcooked & slightly charred, they were so rubbery I couldn't eat them. Gross. Don't waste your time or money.

They both were supposed to be different yet both tasted like pumpkin I ordered one qith pumpkin and one with hazelnut. they both tasted like pumpkin. disappointing especially since not everyone likes pumpkin.

In addition to the extended wait time, I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. I got Strawberry cream cheese, Gross. And they put the sticker directly on the lid where you are supposed to put the straw. Glue is everywhere from the sticker.

they only gave me glazed and chocolate donuts in my order. nobody mentioned any substitutions so i was dissapointed when i didn't receive what i paid for. donuts were kinda hard and presentation was just sad.
