They just don't ever feel like working and just don't care how they serve people food and drinks! Why would yall burn my bagel and still send it to me!?? That's so disrespectful, I'm not eating that. My food is either over cooked or not fresh it's never just right, and my drink never tastes right either.

My half of dozen donuts were bagged and placed on top my coffee. So my bottom donuts got soaked with coffee. I also purchased the strawberry w sprinkles and they tasted stale.
