Continue to get my order wrong either sending me the wrong size drinks or the wrong flavors or missing items all together. How am I paying for large drinks and receiving mediums ? This location needs to do better or rethink their staffing

This place is absolutely TRASH. I ordered a cold brew with oatmilk and received burnt coffee that was not cold brew at all and no oatmilk. My loaded hash browns were absolutely disgusting. Every time I get from this place I have an issue. Will not be ordering from here again. The worst Dunkin's is Worcester.

I paid for an extra large hot coffee and got a medium,the 2 large iced coffees were barely 3/4 full.my large iced caramel craze latte didn't have any of the whipped cream, drizzle, or cinnamon sugar on top like it's supposed to.very unhappy with my order Iced Latte Original Blend Iced Coffee Hot ChocolateOriginal Blend
