Loved the caramel nut macadamia ice cream and the freckles and mango Pepsi max but was disappointed that the sandwich I ordered was out of stock and they refused to substitute saying they don't do that at their store. I'd messaged my dasher who enquired on my behalf but was told they do not substitute.
