the Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich was dry and gross. then the Nova Lox Brunch Special was missing the hasbrown and the sandwich had like 4 big tomatoes it was gross lol.

I was very pleased to see a note from the manager Rick. Stating to fill out the survey. Once I realized I didnt order it from them I figure this works just as good. How thoughtful and very personalized. I order from other Einstein bagels around the valley ... Inever received this type of customer service.
