This is the second time I've ordered a Baker’s Dozen & Shmear- Build Your Own and been shorted a bagel. I am not sure what is going on. A baker's dozen is 13 and when making selections, you choose 4+3+3+3. Both times I have ordered, I received only 12.

What I received is good, but my Bacon & Cheddar Brunch Special is missing the muffin.
I will say that I've ordered from here a handful of times and this is a first, things happen, but still disappointed.
