Everything was perfect. My bagels were soft and they sent the appropriate utensils and items I ordered all nicely boxed up!

The NEW! Country Bagels & Gravy Egg Sandwich had pretty good flavor... however there wasn't an option to make it toasted and I just assumed it would be. The texture of the bagel got somewhat gummy and I was missing the crunch of a toasty bagel.

I have ordered from here a couple times... it's so inconsistent, nothings ever toasted, the Asiago bagels have no cheese on the top of them, and the sandwhiches are a mess. I love Einstein's but this specific store is not great.

They messed up a group order and the replacement order did not taste good for the person who ordered it at all. Probably the last time we're going to try this store.
For early morning orders of 1 or 2 people, it might be fine, for anything over that; expect them to get it wrong in some way.

Got the wrong bagel but the meal was still good. The has grown bites were not fresh :P Einsteins used to be top par but now it's mediocre.
The doordasher was quick and polite.
