The Nova Lox was the best I have had in a long time. There was plenty of lox, the tomato was fresh and juicy, just the right amount of capers and cream cheese. It was a delight and I will for sure order it again!

Where's the Cream Cheese?!? Unfortunately my Single Bagel with Shmear (Everything Bagel w Cream Cheese was Severely Deficient in the Cream Cheese department! This is Unusual and most definitely Not their norm, but it was So Lacking it's almost laughable. My daughter got a bagel with butter and it looked like she had more butter than i had cream cheese! I included a photo in the hopes Einstein Bagels sees it and hopefully prevents this happening to anyone else. Thankfully I had some cream cheese in my fridge to supplement..

Burnt the hell out of the bagel for the Avocado Toast and there was zero avocado smear even on the bagel i definitely would not order again

I'm not sure who didn't set this store up for success - they were out of EVERYTHING and the staff were in the weeds. I watched them work together like PROS. They were amazing and I hope their management recognizes them!

I love Einstein ok do not get me wrong. Just a little request for next time you might not have a specific ordered bagel in the bin - it's nice that you substituted a bagel but please, if the order is for a non-sweet bagel, please substitute with another non-sweet bagel. It's nice to include the cookie but not needed.
