This is the second time I've ordered from Gallo Giro. The food is good, but there have been mistakes each time I've ordered. The first time, I asked for salsa verde on the side, but no salsa was included with my order. This time, I didn't specify salsa verde on the side and chose salsa verde as the option for each of my tacos. I ordered three different tacos, so I should have received three salsa verdes, but instead I got two salsa verdes and one salsa rojo. While this might seem like a small oversight, it's worth noting because details matter. The al pastor taco was also a little light on the meat this order. I do love their bolillos, and I enjoy being able to order pan dulce. I almost love this place, but I can still only like it for now.

Burritos were horribly wrapped. One of the asada burritos tasted like a dirty mop or rag. Not edible at all. The buche burritos were cold! Buche tasted raw, very chewy, bland, cold. The asada burritos, the meat was not cut well. Bit into it and pulled out a 3 inch piece of meat. Portions were okay but the quality of the burritos was not IT. Definitely won't order again.

I asked for extra salsa verde on the side and they gave me extra salsa rojo...so disappointing! They also didn't put any cilantro and onion in my burritos and tacos. This isn't the first time they've done this. I won't be ordering from them again.

I order the asada burrito and was sadly disappointed. The meat was on the tougher side as if it was either overcooked, made earlier in the day, or maybe a little of both. The meat was also super salty. Luckily I was able to mask the saltiness with onions, cilantro, and salsa. Hopefully, this was just a one time thing, so I'll give it another chance, one of these days.
