If you know pollo, you know when a restaurant serves you day old chicken. This chicken was dry and I waited until after 1 o'clock to order the chicken to not receive yesterday's chicken and this chicken came out dry, rubbery and very bland. This used to be my favorite chicken spot and for $30 and some change for to receive this is incredible. I'd rather order from Harrison instead of the Neighborhood chicken.
