I ordered a whole chicken to cut in 8 pieces, received 3/4 chicken. Missing one wing and half breast. Very disappointing to see our favourite chicken brand going down with poor quality control. Attached picture is all the chicken I got for this 'whole chicken' order.

tasty charcoal chicken, but dry. crispy chicken floury. Also it's pretty expensive.
