I ordered 2 Family Meal (35507 kJ) I asked for a whole charcoal chicken in each meal and one of the box had mainy breast chicken pieces. That does not resemble a whole chicken! And it was dry and not moist but tasty. Everything else was great!

seems like nothing has changed judging by most of the reviews here. I tried out 3 -4 years ago (caved into the hype) and the chicken was dry and no flavour back then.

Everytime I order food, it's Either dry, not right, moist and is cooked so bad. The chickens are the driest ever- chips are just not cooked well and either no salt too. This is always a thing and usual thing to expect from eljannah , fix your cooking . I ordered today crispy chicken and grilled chicken burgers , both of their mayonnaise sucks and the grilled chicken had cut up pieces of chicken that looked like it was kept for three days . Disguising ! Fix your good eljannah , eljannah never used to be like this. FIX YOUR FOOD.
