I don't know if they're Dominican or not, but I didn't taste Dominican. The chicharrones...a no for me because they didn't fry them hard enough. The fat was super soft and slimy. Los tostones...not fried hard enough. I've had Tostones on the back of a Moto clear across Santo Domingo that had more crunch. Also the sauce is not Dominican...it was something with mayo.
