The Original Pollo Bowl may have just as well been a bowl with no chicken... very disappointed that I received 3-4 tiny scraps of chicken when I paid for a bowl with chicken for protein content. The rice was soaked in might I say "bean juice". I did not order soup. Also didn't receive any salsa which I requested through the app. I've ordered from the location before and this was my first disappointing experience which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

I ordered corn, rice, and beans. I got mashed potatoes, rice, and beans. The rice tasted like Uncle Ben's rice, and the beans were dry and tasteless. Oh, and they forgot the creamy cilantro dressing for the salad...just all bad.

Did not get double meet, chicken was dry and burnt, brown avocado, no cheese or salad dressing the smallest bowl I have ever received! The worst quality. I would of been embarrassed to send this out if I was this store. Maybe have quality check before sending out. Will not order again from this place.

Sent the wrong drink. Missing the quesadillas from the order. Ordered a taco combo, they put 3 tortillas on the bottom of the container and dumped the meat and filling over the top. Basically gave me a salad. Food tasted okay.

They didn't fill up the sides full like usual. My chicken tasted burnt. it never tastes this way ever but sadly my chicken tasted like burnt charcoal :(
