Shredded Chicken Nachos were very mushy. 2pc Chicken - Leg & Thigh Meal Chicken was burnt and made it hardto eat. several times i have ordered from here and it had been one issue after another.

I did not get my tortilla with my meals. I also ordered door dash. I do think the store needs to securely package their door dash foods, add stickers to secure it. My door dasher dropped this food off smelling like cigarettes, looks like she took something out maybe she didn't but the way it came is poor quality of packaging

its usually good from polloloco...what i don't like is thatthey dont letyou addanxtracreamy cilantro dressing Anda lot of times the food is dry. i dont care if pay extra. Ij7st do not like the food being dry.liketoday. super dry but pollo loco does not offer that option

My chicken taquitos were so burnt and barely had any chicken inside. Definitely was a disappointment.
