Asked for no cilantro and was added. Chicken was burnt and hard to eat. No ranch dressing provided even though I paid for it.

It's been awhile since I've had the Classic Chicken Tostada Salad, but I just remember it tasting so much better than this. Chicken was usually warm, but this tasted cold and old. Not worth what I paid for it.

Whoa! It's been awhile since I ordered from El Pollo Loco. Always enjoyed in the past. BUT the double chicken bowl was seriously lacking chicken and what there was looked like chicken gizzards which were grizzly. The rice was dry and overly salted.
Come on El Pollo Loco step up the game or you will be in the bankruptcy wagon.

The chicken had clearly been sitting for too long. Was super dried out and 3 items of my order were incorrect. The quality was awful!
