• 26-08-11This is still one of my go-to's in this area. Good value, consistent ingredients and portions, reliable staff that get my orders correct every time. The chicken, rice, corn, salsas, and beans are all delicious.

• 25-11-24The 16 piece chicken tasted freshly grilled
The sauce was sufficient enough , generous
Unlike other resto sauce was always stingy
You have to ask for spicy fish sauce and it's in a tiny tiny plastic container, it's 1 tiny container for every dish ordered and sometimes I go home and when I opened the bag it's short of sauce. I called El Pollo Loco to not forget the sauce
Juan who answered the call was kind , generous w the sauce and we did enjoyed the chicken and sides, delicious . thank you Juan . Really good customer service service and fast delivery too . Thank you .

• 26-04-18My food from El Pollo Loco was mostly bad tonight. The chips were fairly soggy and the dish was overly "wet". The flavors were decent at best. It wasn't particularly fresh. The portion size was fine. I was too grossed out by it to finish it.
