My avocado was brown and ugly, the tostadas werent even filled in all the way a ridiculously small amount of chicken in our Classic Chicken Tostada Salad and didnt receive the chips that were included with the order even after paying for a combo and to top it off the soda was flat.

Ordered a 4 piece meal and only got 3 pieces. Rice was hard and dry. Like they scraped the bottom of the pot and put in all the scraps. Also got a shrimp taco, which was soggy and cold. POOR QUALITY

Portions are smaller than in-store purchase I've made. Seems to be a constant isss with this pollo loco location!
